Pepperoni Pizza Bun

This is a unique savoury take on a cinnamon bun style snack. It’s made with a soft white bread dough, that’s been covered with a single layer each of butter, tomato paste, pepperoni slices, cheese, basil and oregano. It’s rolled up, sliced, topped with a dab of pizza sauce and cheddar cheese. Then it’s baked to soft, yummy, delicious perfection. It’s a compact pizza without the mess.
