Lemon Squares

Added:  This lemon square is like nothing you’ve had befThey’re smooth, sweet and creamy – they’re perfection. Each one has just the right amount of sweet to balance the tartness of the freshly squeezed lemon juice.  The lemon shortbread crust is made using only real creamery butter and freshly grated lemon zest. $60 per dozen, cut in 2.75″ squares.

The freshly squeezed lemon custard sitting on top is creamy decadent. Each square is then dusted with icing sugar and a garnished with tangy candied lemon zest.

For maximum enjoyment: keep them in the freezer until close to serving time. Cut, display and serve. Sold by the dozen or pre-order custom cut is available as well.
