Mint Nanaimo Bar

These are the traditional and authentically Canadian dessert named after the City of Nanaimo but with Stacy’s own touch. These ones are unique in that they have pure peppermint oil added. They’re always made with 100% pure creamery butter and Canadian made icing sugar, its pure decadence. $60 per dozen. Custom cut available as well if you wish a different size than individual squares.

They’re sweet and delicious and made with a chocolate graham crumb base that’s then layered with a sweet, creamy custard filling that’s been tinted green with a hint of peppermint oil. It’s then topped with a thin dark chocolate layer using pure Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate. This is a gluten friendly product.

Keep these refrigerated or frozen, they get soft and messy if warm. This occurs because all three layers are made with real butter. The melting point of butter is lower than our own body temperature so the product will melt if it’s held in your hand for any amount of time. They are $60 per dozen. Ingredients: Bottom: Graham crumbs, sweetened flaked coconut, butter, ground almond, cocoa powder, white sugar, egg. Middle: Icing sugar, butter, custard powder, cream, green food colouring, pure peppermint oil. Top: Callebaut dark chocolate, butter, peppermint oil.

Shelf life: 4 weeks refrigerated or 12 months frozen
