Peppermint Shortbread Cookie

This is a unique style of shortbread cookie that’s soft and a little bit chewy with the real flavour of pure peppermint oil infused into the cookie and in the icing too. Each one is hand rolled and then stamped with a pinwheel stamp, baked to perfection and then iced with a thin layer of smooth sweet peppermint icing. Seasonal – perfect for the holidays. $30 per dozen
