These are the traditional and authentically Canadian dessert named after the City of Nanaimo but with Stacy’s own touch. They’re always made with 100% pure creamery butter and Canadian made icing sugar, its pure decadence. $60 per dozen
They’re sweet and delicious and made with a chocolate graham crumb base that’s then layered with a sweet, creamy custard filling topped with a thin dark chocolate layer using pure Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate.
Keep these refrigerated or frozen, they get soft and messy if warm. This occurs because all three layers are made with real butter. The melting point of butter is lower than our own body temperature so the product will melt if it’s held in your hand for any amount of time. They are $60 per dozen of individual squares, but can also be pre-ordered in other sizes too.
Ingredients: Bottom: Graham crumbs, sweetened flaked coconut, butter, ground almond, ground pecan, cocoa powder, white sugar, egg. Middle: Icing sugar, butter, cream, custard powder Top: Callebaut dark chocolate, butter. This is a gluten friendly product.
Shelf life: 4 weeks refrigerated or 12 months frozen. Must stay refrigerated or frozen, not suitable for display at room temperature
