Cherry Turnover

These cherry turnovers are crunchy and delicious and made of puff pastry with the taste of summer fruit. They’re sweet and tart at the same time. The delicious filling is wrapped in a puff pastry that’s been sprinkled with crystal sugar for that little bit of sweet crunch. It’s then baked at high heat for a short time, this is what makes the puff pastry puff up and get crunchy.
