This is a soft and very moist apple coffee cake that has a generous amount of chopped walnuts added. Its predominant flavour is cinnamon along with a lot of delicious Granny smith apples throughout. Contains walnuts. Shelf life: 4 days at room temperature or 1 week refrigerated or 3 months frozen.
