GF Brownie

This is a rich dark chocolate gluten friendly brownie with the added flavour of Spirit Bear coffee. It tastes so good that you’d never know it’s a gluten free product.

It has a deep chocolate flavour and a texture that’s rich and chewy and topped with a smooth buttery chocolate frosting. Must stay refrigerated or frozen.

Please Note: This product is gluten-friendly, not certified gluten free. This is a gluten free recipe that’s made in a regular bakery with wheat based products made nearby. We do take precautions to limit cross contact, but there still may be some gluten exposure. Ingredients: Ireks gluten free brownie flour (sugar, dextrose, fat reduced cocoa powder, potato starch, vegetable fat, whey powder, baking powder, mono and diglycerides, salt, xanthan gum) Spirit Bear coffee, canola oil, whole egg. Chocolate icing: Icing sugar, butter, cocoa powder, cream, instant coffee.
