Cheddar Chive & Carrot Scone

This is a savoury scone with a touch of sweet from the roasted red peppers. This one is great for those that don’t want something sweet. It’s made with real creamery butter, roasted red peppers and cheddar cheese then it’s topped with a dab of extra cheese as well. It’s soft but not too soft, it still has the expected texture of a scone.
