Blueberry Lavender Scone

This scone is fresh, fruity and floral with just the right amount of lavender so that it doesn’t taste like soap and it’s hinted with lemon zest. It’s made with real creamery butter, whole blueberries and a sprinkling of organic lavender flowers. It’s soft but not too soft, it still has the expected texture of a scone. It’s drizzled with a sweet but tart lemon juice icing and it’s topped with a few more lavender flowers.
