Mint Nanaimo Bar

These are the same traditional Nanaimo bar that’s described above except it has pure peppermint oil added to two of the three layers.

They’re sweet and delicious and have been made with a chocolate graham crumb base that’s combined with sweetened coconut and ground natural almonds.

The middle is a layer of sweet, creamy custard filling with a dab of green food colouring and it’s topped with thin Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate that’s also been infused with pure peppermint oil. This product contains almonds. 

Ingredients: Bottom: Graham crumbs, sweetened flaked coconut, butter, ground almond, cocoa powder, white sugar, egg, peppermint oil. Middle: Icing sugar, butter, custard powder, cream, green food colouring, pure peppermint oil. Top: Callebaut dark chocolate, butter, peppermint oil.

Shelf life: 4 weeks refrigerated or 12 months frozen.
Must stay refrigerated or frozen, not suitable for display at room temperature.
