Protein Cookies
The Supreme Protein Cookie – This is a protein cookie with a trail mix type of feel to it. It contains no nuts and is also intended as a meal replacement. It’s packed full of sunflower seeds, Craisins, pepitas, oats, chocolate chips and more. It has 14g of protein with about half of it coming from the natural food ingredients and the other half from Magnum Quattro protein powder.
Ingredients: Sugar (dark brown and white), oats, whole wheat flour, butter, Magnum Quattro 4-stage matrix protein powder (natural and artificial flavours, sodium chloride, organic cane sugar, xanthan, organic flaxseed, sucralose, bromelain), eggs, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, canola oil, sunflower seeds, raisins, pepitas, cottage cheese, milk, ground flax seed, baking soda and Himalayan pink salt
The Obsession Protein Cookie – This is like nothing else out there. It’s a big hearty handful of delicious peanut buttery protein in the form of a cookie. It has 23g of protein with about half of it coming from the natural food ingredients and the other half from Magnum Quattro protein powder. It’s intended as a meal replacement and will keep you satisfied for a long time.
Ingredients: Oats, sugar (dark brown and organic cane), Magnum Quattro 4-stage matrix protein powder (natural and artificial flavours, sodium chloride, organic cane sugar, xanthan, organic flax seed, sucralose, bromelain), butter, natural peanut butter, whole wheat flour, peanut butter chips, eggs, dark chocolate chips, raw shelled hemp seed, canola oil, milk, cottage cheese, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, baking soda and Himalayan pink salt
There are a few ingredients that you may not be familiar with that are a part of the Magnum Quattro protein powder, these are sodium chloride, xanthan and bromelain.
Sodium chloride is salt.
Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide (which is a complex sugar) with many industrial uses, including as a common food additive. It’s an effective thickening agent and stabilizer to prevent ingredients from separating.
Bromelain is an enzyme extract derived from the stems of pineapples but it exists in all parts of the fresh pineapple.
A Seedy Affair – Oats, dark chocolate chips, raw shelled hemp seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, chia seed, coconut, dried cranberries, pasteurized honey, butter, yellow sugar, vanilla and Himalayan pink salt.
Snack Cookies and Bars
Lemon Clouds – These are a light and fluffy lemon cookie that feels like you’re eating a cloud. It’s made with freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly grated zest and real creamery butter. It’s the perfect cookie for those who want something different and refreshing.
Ingredients: White flour, butter, white sugar, eggs, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly grated lemon zest, baking powder, Himalayan pink salt, then rolled in icing sugar before baking
Ginger Bends – These were originally intended to be Ginger Snaps but they kept turning out soft and chewy, so they became known as Ginger Bends. They have just the right balance of sweetness and punchy molasses that makes them not bitter and perfect for tea time.
Ingredients: White flour, butter, white sugar, eggs, molasses, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, Himalayan pink salt, then rolled in granulated sugar before baking
Chocolate Chip – This is a traditional chocolate chip cookie made with a recipe that’s designed to stay soft and chewy longer than most. It’s packed full of dark chocolate chips, each recipe contains nearly a kilogram of chocolate! Every bite is guaranteed to have a lot of delicious dark chocolate in it.
Ingredients: White flour, butter, white sugar, brown sugar, dark chocolate chips, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar
Peanut Butter – This is a unique peanut butter cookie, it’s made to be a little bit soft and chewy inside. It’s not your typical crunchy peanut butter cookie. Enjoy one with tea or a snack anytime.
Ingredients: White flour, whole wheat flour, white sugar, brown sugar, butter, crunchy peanut butter, mini peanut butter chips, eggs, baking soda
Cinnamon Coffee – This cookie is like having a coffee with a cinnamon bun together but in soft and chewy cookie form. It’s simple and a little bit sweet with a background flavour of coffee and cinnamon complimenting it. Each one has extra bursts of cinnamon flavour from the added cinnamon chips.
Ingredients: White flour, white sugar, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon chips, eggs, cinnamon, strong coffee, baking soda, Himalayan pink salt, nutmeg, baking powder, cloves, coffee extract. Rolled in cinnamon sugar before baking.
Nanaimo Bar: This product contains almonds. These are the traditional and very Canadian dessert named after the City of Nanaimo but with Stacy’s own touch. They’re sweet and delicious and made with a chocolate graham crumb base that’s then layered with a sweet, creamy custard filling topped with a thin dark chocolate layer using pure Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Bottom: Graham crumbs, sweetened flaked coconut, butter, ground almond, cocoa powder, white sugar, egg. Middle: Icing sugar, butter, cream, custard powder Top: Callebaut dark chocolate, butter
Blueberry Cinnamon Coffee Cake: This product contains almonds and is a soft and very moist coffee cake. Its predominant flavour is cinnamon along with a lot of delicious blueberries throughout. The sour cream that’s incorporated into it helps to create the moisture and tender texture. The sweet cinnamon sugar topping is also used to create a layer in the middle which is what creates the lines and pattern among the blueberries.
Ingredients: White flour, blueberries, white sugar, sour cream, butter, eggs, canola oil, baking soda, baking powder. Topping and middle layer: Brown sugar, yellow sugar, ground almond, cinnamon.
Mini Double Chocolate Banana Bread: This one is for those who really love chocolate! It’s a double kick of rich dark chocolate and dark chocolate chips with the added flavour of banana. These individual mini loaves are a soft, moist chocolate cake with dark chocolate chips and they incorporate only organic bananas. These taste even better when served warm with butter. Topped with a thin layer of white sugar to make a delicious crust.
Ingredients: White flour, cake flour, white sugar, organic bananas, dark chocolate chips, butter, sour cream, eggs, light cream, cocoa powder, canola oil, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, Himalayan pink salt. Topping: White sugar.
Lemon Square: These are smooth, light, tangy and very lemony! The creamy lemon filling sits on top of a pure butter shortbread crust infused with freshly grated lemon zest. Each one is garnished with icing sugar and little pieces of candied lemon zest. The candied lemon zest is made in-house and it’s delicious too.
There is no food colouring in these squares. All of the yellow colour comes from the eggs, lemon juice and the natural oil in the lemon zest. Therefore, the shade of yellow that the square is may change slightly from batch to batch.
Ingredients: Shortbread base: White flour, butter, white sugar, freshly grated lemon zest, Himalayan pink salt. Filling: White sugar, eggs, freshly squeezed lemon juice, white flour. Topping: Donut sugar (which is icing sugar mixed with a bit of cornstarch so it doesn’t melt and disappear). Candied lemon peel garnish: lemon peel, sugar
Mint Nanaimo Bar: This product contains almonds. These are the same traditional Nanaimo bar that’s already familiar to Murchie’s except it has pure peppermint oil added to all three layers. They’re sweet and delicious and made with a chocolate graham crumb base that’s been combined with sweetened coconut and ground natural almonds and then infused with pure peppermint oil.
The middle is a layer of sweet, creamy custard filling with a dab of green food colouring and it’s topped with thin Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate that’s also been infused with pure peppermint oil.
Ingredients: Bottom: Graham crumbs, sweetened flaked coconut, butter, ground almond, cocoa powder, white sugar, egg, peppermint oil. Middle: Icing sugar, butter, custard powder, cream, green food colouring, pure peppermint oil. Top: Callebaut dark chocolate, butter, peppermint oil.
Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake: This product contains almonds. This is a soft and very moist coffee cake. Its predominant flavour is cinnamon along with chopped Granny Smith apples and additional cinnamon chips throughout. It incorporates sour cream which helps to create the moisture and tender texture. The sweet cinnamon and brown sugar topping is also used to create a layer in the middle which is what creates the pattern among the apples.

Cranberry Lemon Muffin: This is a bright, sweet and tangy lemony muffin with a fluffy texture that’s loaded with fresh cranberries. It’s made with real butter, freshly grated lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice. They are glazed with a sweet lemony icing that perfectly matches the tartness of the cranberries. This muffin will wake up your taste buds!

Cranberry Blueberry Bran Muffin: This is a traditional bran
muffin with an added touch of allspice and nutmeg with a very soft and moist texture that comes from the buttermilk and melted butter that’s incorporated in the recipe. It’s loaded with cranberries and blueberries which add a delicious pop of flavour along with the healthy qualities of the bran.

Morning Glory Muffin: This product contains pecans. This is a perfect mid-morning snack and has a soft and very moist texture. It has a carrot cake feel to it but with the subtle flavour of orange along with added Granny Smith apple, midget raisins and crushed pecans. Each one is topped with pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for a little added flavour and protein. It’s sweetened with honey and apple sauce along with a touch of freshly grated orange zest
