Gluten Free Blueberry Orange Muffin: This is a perfect mid-morning snack. It’s a soft and fluffy orange blueberry muffin with lots of added fresh blueberries. It’s made with real orange juice and freshly grated orange zest. It’s so good that it’s hard to tell that it’s a gluten free product. Topped with large crystal sugar for that added sweet crunch.
Ingredients: Ireks gluten free muffin flour (Sugar, potato starch, modified potato starch, whey powder, baking powder, acetylated tartaric acid, esters of mono and diglycerides, salt, xanthan gum, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylae, rice starch, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, flavouring, mono and diglycerides), eggs, blueberries, canola oil, whole milk, orange juice concentrate, orange zest, orange extract. Additional info: Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide (sugar) that is commonly used in food, it acts as a thickener and prevents ingredients from separating. The actual explanation gets very scientific and complicated but this is not an unnatural ingredient or a chemical and is safe to eat.
