Individual Pecan Tarts

These are small traditional pecan tarts that are sweet, nutty and delicious. Each one is crafted in a 3″ German tart shell loaded with toasted pecans and cinnamon in a sweet caramel sauce. They are perfect for that afternoon pick-me-up  Big enough to share or cut up to be put on a platter for sharing. They are shelf stable, freezable and have a very long shelf life.
